Posted by bariles On November - 22 - 2007 - Visited 1170 times, 2 so far today

Coconut Shell Charcoal or “ULING” from
sArAnGaNi island

unloaded at the old pier at the Lion’s Beach or what is now Queen Tuna Park.
The trip from the island to GenSan normally takes 5-6 hours.
90%
of the needs of the islanders there and nearby Balut Island are sourced from the
Tuna
Capital
and most of their agricultural produce are also being sold here.

hoy! di ba bawal na ang loading and unloading sa lion’s beach? sumbong kita kay ms kagandahan!

dapat di na un ang caption mo kasi we are promoting the only beach at the heart of the city where anyone can enjoy swimming for free tapos meron pa palang mga activities there such as that? ewwwwww! bawal na kaya yan!

Hahaha! That’s what i learned from the folks at the old pier behind Bayside Petron Station. Doon daw talga bumababa ng produkto ang mga taga-isla. Medyo malayo naman sa beach proper talaga.

Thanks for the note my friend. Nalingaw ko nimu uy. Hehehe!

Unta i-BAWAL na gyud ang mag-inom ug vino diha sulod sa TUNA PARK nato…kay dili mahimong wholesome, sayang lang ang lugar, dako kaayo ug potential nga mahimong tourist spot.

Take the SU-TU-KIL (bayside eateries) in Mactan Shrine as an example – ginadayo gyud ug turista tungod sa location (great food, along the beach, nice ambience, etc.)

Pwede pud sya himuong aquasports venue (skimboarding, wakeboarding, ug unsa pa na diha na boarding).

    MAGANDANG GENSAN!

suggestions lang sa mga generals, hopefully maging mabuting citizen lang talga tayo sa ating lugar para maging maganda ang imahe at maging maunlad pa tayo at ng sa ganun, di na tayo katakutan ng mga ibang dayuhan.. they only know gensan is in mindanao and mindanao is delikado na lugar.. many countries had banned mindanao but they didnt know that its not the whole island of mindanao that they should be afraid of. but we cant do anything about it, instead, we can do / make and effort to prove to them they are having a wrong belief, and they must visit our place. so lets try to make our place- Gensan, a good city, a clean city, with a good generals living in the city. .. thanks for this site. kakatuwa rin yung ibang parts ng website na ito. lol! go gensan go! go generals go!!!
