At 6:50pm today, Wednesday, an explosion wracked the waiting shed in front of the gates of the Philbest Canning Corporation in Barangay Tambler, in this city of Gen. Santos. As of 11:01pm, 4 innocent lives have been lost and 24 others injured. This is the official statement of Mayor Pedro B.
