This is good news to all the readers of BARILES REPUBLIC!

A BLOG SEMINAR will be conducted in GenSan for those among you who would want to put up their own blogs just like this one.

If you have been living under Mt. Matutum for quite some time, a BLOG is actually a PERSONAL WEBSITE, but unlike websites, blogs are updated on a regular basis, are interactive (because they allow comments from readers) and can be fed to subscribers either via email or via RSS readers.

Anyway, you will learn more about it sometime in one of the weekends in November 2008 if you could come to the Notre Dame of Dadiangas University Auditorium for this event dubbed as Blog2: Blogging and Social Entrepreneurship.

Why Blog2? Because Blog1 was held last February 2008 at the Notre Dame of Marbel University.

This one will be hosted by the NDDU VOICE and is spearheaded by the Soccsksargen Convenors Collective, the same people behind the upcoming 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit on October 25-26, 2008, also to be held in Gen. Santos City.

Watch out for Bariles because he will be one of the speakers!

    Hi Dave! I think so. Am just wondering bakit wala pang mga ads na lumalabas sa ad box nila. Sa iyo ba meron?
