With still a month and four days to go before the biggest eyeball of Mindanao Bloggers on October 25-26, 2008, we are now opening the registration for those interested to join it.
This is the 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit which will be held at the Family Country Hotel and Convention Center.
Who are eligible for joining?
- Any past or present Mindanao resident, regardless of age or creed, as long as he has a BLOG published in any of the following platforms: Wordpress, Blogger, Livejournal, I.ph, Multiply, Friendster, Imeem, or any social networking site with BLOGGING Capabilities.
Is there a registration fee?
- There is no registration fee. But we have only 100 slots available.
How does one register?
- First you have to copy the code for the “i-am-joining-the-MBS2“ button below and paste it on your sidebar or anywhere appropriate in your blog front page.

Make sure to Copy and Paste the ff code your blog in HTML MODE
- Then, you have to WRITE an ARTICLE entitled, “I’M GOING TO GENSAN FOR MBS2” (or any similar title) and say anything on the topic.
- Include the names and URL’s of the MBS2 Sponsors and Supporters by copying the SPONSORS CODE below and pasting them on the article.

Here is one very good reason why i really wanted to join that blogging seminar last saturday (did it push through? how was it?) and the bloggers’ summit. For remedial lessons. Absent ako noong tinuro yang mga html codes na yan nung grade 1 ako.
Would it suffice to just copy the link location of the I-Am-Joining logo to a “picture gadget” at my blog’s sidebar?… and enumerate in prose the presentors and sponsors in my post/article about my joining the MBS2?
If not, okay lang din. Paningkamotan.. [at least ako umaamin ha that I am so third world at things like these in blogging
]
BTW, thanks for including me sa Natives of Socsksargen blogroll mo. I would not really consider myself to be based in Koronadal pero ok na rin. Again, salamat gid. Keep up the good work.

hi everyone! greetings from iloilo city. a few hours ago, general santos city was won the bid to host the 10th ATOP (association of tourism officers in the phils) convention in october 2009. we bested davao region (58 votes vs. our 110 votes)! over 500 delegates from all over the philippines filled the convention hall in grand hotel. our miss gensan winners were the convention favorites as delegates posed for pictures with them. ang galing natin!!! wowoweee!!!

when i visited the site of family country hotel where the summit will take place, their convention hall is said to accommodate a maximum of 100 people, right?
Now, do you think that the entire MBS2 delegates will be able to go inside the hall comfortably?
Plus, in the pics in their site, it looks like the hall cannot accomodate until 100. I hope I’m wrong.
Please answer me for my query.
