For me, the building design is great. I think there is just need for the majority of the Gensan populace to get used to seeing more “unique” building designs sprouting around the city.

good suggestion, BARILES; on the ground floor for dining and entertainment establishments…

they may want to probably take your word on it, as most people don’t kow that you have a “knack” and “feel” for an establishment’s marketability – being that you are a marketing wiz when we were officemates back in the day…

in fairness … the building design was to capture the attention of the people … it takes a creative mind to stir the minds of the people !

i personally dont know the person who made this design but i give credit for his effort! … i would rate this building design at 6.5 out of 10 ( highest), if i may.

now, with the alleged cost of the building “20M” ?! … its too much and i mean unreasonably expensive … but the fact remains, its not my money so why bother !
