You need to renew your passport when it is less than six months away from its expiration date or you can't be allowed to travel outside of Southeast Asia. With the Asean region, they are not that strict but beyond that would be a problem. The DFA Consulate in GenSan is still open Mondays-Fridays. Be sure to be there before 8am Monday for your priority # to be issued to you. Good luck! @Leo, yes.
