This must be Bariles’ fourth time to join a homecoming welcome motorcade for MANNY PACQUIAO.  The first time it happened was in 2003.  Then it went on and on until today, December 12 which, judging from the turnout of his kababayans, must be the most rousing welcome the generals gave the world’s best pound for pound boxer in a long while.

Manny's Float with Mayor Jun, his parents & Ms. Gensan girls

The whole thing started early in the morning with people from the city government of Mayor Jun Acharon, media reporters and their crew, Manny’s friends and supporters plus his parents and daughter Princess convering at the VIP Lounge of the General Santos City International Airport.  A local school band completed the set-up.

Later, when Manny’s PAL plane arrived at 9:10am (it was late), it was shooting time for Bariles and for the numerous media people and souvenir shot hunters at the vicinity,
