OLPGV Parish and GenSan Camera Club’s “Bahay ni Maria Photo Exhibit”
In one of my blog posts last year, I wrote about the year-long Golden Anniversary celebration of the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Parish in 2008.
As an offshoot of that, the parish, through her parish priest, Fr. Edward Loberiano, CP has announced that they have collaborated with the GenSan Camera Club for a Photo Exhibit dubbed as “Tahanan ni Maria” – Mga larawan ng Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Parish Church.
This photo exhibit will feature 30 of the best photographs of the church taken by the young members of the GenSan Camera Club during the Christmas and New Year periods and chosen by a panel of judges.
Tentative venue of the photo exhibit is the KCC Mall of GenSan Atrium on February 14 and 15, 2009.
The event will also serve as the formal launching of the “50th Anniversary Commemorative Coffee Table book cum Souvenir Magazine” of the parish, a fund-raising project started last year by the Parish Economic Council. The 30 photos from the GenSan Camera Club will be featured in the full-color book magazine to be printed by Gregoria Printing Press.
