Lagao Road’s culinary jewel, Orange Bistro is also cooking something up for Valentine’s Day.
On the Day of Hearts, it is offering a Buffet Dinner at only P250 per head inside its main dining hall and at The Tent. According to Ms. Cathy Teng, its beauteous manager, they will be serving their famous oxtail kare-kare and chicken cordon bleu among others plus a chocolate fountain for dessert. I hope they will also offer their “spicy Thai squid” which happens to be my favorite among Orange Bistro’s Asian-inspired menu.
For each of the ladies, expect a red rose to be given to you while being serenaded by Bossa Nova singers performing songs ala-Sitti Navarro, who was once a customer of Orange Bistro when she was in town for a concert sometime last year.

Orange Bistro is located along Jose Catolico Avenue (near the Lagao Market Crossing). For reservations, please call(083) 301-0992 or 301-5555. The Valentine’s Buffet Dinner starts at 6:00pm.

I really love their chicken cordon blue and oxtail kare-kare. When they were still in Pioneer Ave., I used to sit there and had a nice chat with the super model, super mom cathy. She has one of the most beautiful face in Gensan. I still have copy of MOD magazine where she was the cover model, hehehe!
