Acoustic Nights at East Asia Royale Hotel’s Royale Lounge

Posted by bariles On March - 10 - 2009 - 196 views

Due to the success of their weekend buffets, Rombar Bartolome, GM of a premier GenSan hotel, the East Asia Royale has decided to expand the promo.

Now, their Eat-All-You-Can Dinners have been extended from Wednesday to Saturday every week!  And to top it all, acoustic performers will be on hand to entertain the diners during these evenings which they have billed as “ACOUSTIC NIGHTS“.

One artist who performed there last month was Italian classic guitarist Alberto Dal Pino, albeit on a limited two-night stint. Right now, local artists take turns in playing at Royale Lounge.  Some are veterans in the acoustic circuit, while the rest are budding talents of GenSan.

So if you have P250 to spare and would love to feast on 6 viands, a sushi bar, a fruit bar and a salad bar in a modern and posh setting, while being entertained by GenSan’s finest acoustic performers,  spend it at East Asia Royale Hotel’s Royale Lounge’s ACOUSTIC NIGHTS, Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 6pm to 11pm.

    @tanchi! Wow! Super mega bilis mag-comment ah! Seriously, GenSan needs more of this kind – night entertainment. Kudos to Rombar for initiating this. I just wish he brings back the old glory of Babes Bar when it used to feature live bands every night. What about it sir? :)

    ayos to! eventually, marami naring bars dito sa’tin. at maiisip narin ng ibang tao na hindi ganun kadelikado dito sa’tin kasi kahit gabi, alive ang mga tao. safe naman dito sa’tin eh.

    @orman

    kung kulang ang tf, ang mga punchlines ng mga musikero ay;

    “i wud layk tu ‘didikit’ dis song to da teybol namber 2″

    “i wud layk tu ‘grate/great’ my mom en dad, specially my parents”

    “i wud layk to ‘grate/great’ dis song tu teybol namber 3″

    ug kung kulang gyud ang budget para sa tf, dili na mag-great ug mag-didikit si kuya… tugtog-galore nalang… hahaha…

    sad truth, mura’g kulang gyud ang ginahatag nga tf sa mga local talents/artists nato… back in my heyday, P300/head ang budget… karon, P300/head japon… paeta!!!

    ako, SIR ORMAN, may talent ba ako? wahahahaha… :)

  12. bariles Says:

    @mamavia, if that is true, then it must have gone up already from P250 not so long ago. Have not gone back in weeks. Thanks for the tip! :)

    @gensanite, are you sure? They still give out P300 per band member? Oh God! Kawawang local artists! :)

    @bariles

    well… that’s the state of the city’s local artists… wala kasi sila masyadong avenue for expressing and showcasing their craft… yung iba, maghihintay na lang ng kalilangan… thank, God, i’ve been in that situation some days ago… i don’t think i’ll go for that kind of tf na these days… mahal na ang bugas, gatas, karne, gasolina, pamasahe, ug uban pa… maayo na lang i’ve been over that stage na… hehehe… :)
