CONGRATS TO LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA OF BRGY KATANGAWAN! THEY WILL BE GOING TO MLA THIS AUGUST 11-14 TO RECEIVE THE SAID AWARD IN MALACAÑANG. HOWEVER, IT’S ONLY THE FARE THAT THE GENSAN LOCAL GOVT WILL GIVE TO THE RECIPIENTS OF THE SAID AWARD.. KAYA KAWAWA PA RIN SILA, NATURINGANG NATIONAL AWARDEE BUT WALANG BUDGET FOR FOOD ALLOWANCE & ETC. KAYA PARA MAKASAMA SILA NEED PA NILANG MANGUTANG. . TSK.TSK.

th national result conforms with the result of my undergrad thesis entitled “THE PERFORMANCE OF THE KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY OF THE 5 SELECTED BARANGAYS IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY (2008)!

really they deserve the award basing on their EFFECTIVITY, EFFICIENCY, CREATIVITY AND RESOURCEFULNESS (3 criterias been look upon in the LTEIA search)

thanks to ate IVY CABINTA (barangay secretary of brgy katangwan) for the providing me all the needed informations and to brgy captain REMIE HERCEDA for the permission.

hopefully next search, separate na ang category ng rural and urban barangay bcoz the peace&order situation of both category are different (sociologically speaking). wala lng hehehe just a recommendation. **wink.wink**
