While Saturday is a non-working day for government offices, some (if not all) private office employees go to work regularly on Saturdays. Would private offices automatically observe this year's September 5 as a holiday? Or, are we required to work on September 5 (Saturday) if the city mayor (Mayor Acharon) did not declare it as a holiday? Answer, anyone? holidays???? I wonder what he meant by "south" when Gensan is even further south of Mindanao. I wonder what he meant by his statement at all...
