Fishdance Reloaded ’09 steps up the competition!

Posted by bariles On July - 30 - 2009 - 118 views

For the past three years, one crowd-drawer during the annual GenSan Tuna Festival has been the Fishdance Competition.  This search for the best hip-hop dance group in Southern Mindanao has attracted step-uppers from all over and last year, from as far as Surigao and Cagayan de Oro cities.

For this year, in celebration of  the Tuna Capital’s 41st Charter Anniversary, this competition promises more dazzling moves and attractive prizes with a better and bigger “FISHDANCE RELOADED“.

@leonard, a big Photo Contest is also coming up. Watch out for it! By the way, best wishes!!!! :)
@Cidy, that is why these kids should take extra care in doing their moves. I am sure the organizers have rules against very risky jumps and acrobatics. Thanks for pointing this out.
@Lito, why not? There are lots of talented Calumpang kids who are raring to show and strut their stuff. Go for it! :)

  12. orman Says:

pinaglaban ko talaga na lakihan ang premyo kasi nga nakakahiya na ipinangangalandakan nating MINDANAO OPEN di ba? ngayon pa lang andami nang out-of-towners na nag-eemail sa akin para sumali.

on the dangerous stunts — ipinagbabawal na namin yan ngayon. we will also secure waivers from the dancers dahil mahirap na nga naman but then again, our RED CROSS will be on standby.

do tell your friends about this…
