Rotary Club of GenSan’s 14th President’s Cup Golf Tourney

Here is something for golfers and golf enthusiasts!

The Rotary Club of General Santos City, headed by President Rey Billena (owner of Generals Logimark Exponent), is sponsoring this year’s 14th President’s Cup Annual Invitational Golf Tournament on August 29-30, 2009 at the DOLE Kalsangi Golf and Country Club, Polomolok, South Cotabato.

According to Prexy Rey, exciting prizes are in store for the players of this 2-day charity tourney at the most premier golf course in Soccsksargen located at the foot of Mt. Matutum, overlooking Sarangani Bay.

Registration Fee is only P2,000, which is very minimal for most of our generous Rotarians.

    PEZA okays ecozone in South Cotabato
    By BERNIE CAHILES-MAGKILAT

    The Philippine Economic Zone Authority has granted an economic zone status to the 59-hectare manufacturing and IT project of Richmond Land Innovations Inc. in South Cotabato with project cost of P701.1 million.

    Dubbed as the Mindanao Economic Development Zone, the project is located in Barangay Matinao, Polomolok, South Cotabato.

    Of the 59.911 hectare ecozone, 50 percent would be allocated for light industrial area and 20 percent for IT component. The remaining 30 percent would be roads and open spaces. (Excerpt)
