Hi Tanchi, Lito and Orman!
This is a good sign that Robinsons is listening to the sentiments and suggestions of the generals. For them to catch up with the other malls in the city, they would have to come up with regular activities at the mall to attract more shoppers and keep them in. Attracting people and making them stay long are two different things.
Three words come into mind: PROMOTE, MARKET and ADVERTISE.
Am sure the Robinsons Management would know that by heart by now.
Same thing with the upcoming SM City. Being aN SM outlet is not a guarantee that people will flock and stay.
A hard lesson they have to learn is the current condition of SM Cgayan de Oro.

To sir avel:
It is a good thing that Robinson’s finds ways how to attract and make the people stay in their place. However, Buying is quite different too. They could stay but may not be buying at all. Thus, they have to also address why the generals are driven away from buying at Robinsons.
Unless they can reduce the selling cost to at least compare with the rest of the malls in gensan, the effects of their gimmicks could only be superficial. Worse part is that, establishments inside Robinsons could be badly downsided.
See you in Robinsons then. LOL!!!!

Advantage talaga ng KCC is their big supermarket which has a wide variety of items at the lowest price and their parking space for the motorcycle which was provided with security, fences and roofing for rain and shine. Magandang Gensan…
