KCC Cinema’s 3+1 Offer
In retaliation to Robinsons Place GenSan‘s month-long promotion for their Movieworld, “Barkada Treat” which gives away a FREE EXTRA MOVIE PASS for every 3 movie tickets purchased, KCC Mall of GenSan has also come up with theirs.
This puts KCC Mall of GenSan at par with Robinsons GenSan’s Movieworld‘s Valentine Month’s gimmick.
Now if they could only do something about their steep steps inside the moviehouses and their defective guide lights on the floors plus their opposition to allow food bought outside to be brought inside, then that would mean that they really put the customer’s comfort, convenience and safety first and foremost on their minds.
Bariles hopes that this promotion won’t stop in February 29, 2010 for both KCC and Robinsons but will be a regular thing from that time on.

truly, if KCC wants to be at par with Robinson..it will have to make its services bettter, not only on its fixtures but on the following: (a) its movie projector: there was a time where I want to beleive that I was watching a 3D movie, only that I dont have a 3D glasses, the image is bouncing up and down the screen only to find out that the problem was their projector (b) the crew behind the projector: most often, they are too noisy..annoying at that

KCC at least have to maintain their place clean and safe kahit ba sabihin natin mura sila. Baka langawin na rin sila tulad ng nangyari sa Gaisano cinemas although I have fond memories there. hahahhhah!

How about having magic shows, carnnival shows and booths (Pwera karera ng daga) and clinics for would be bikers (Yung bike na walang makina). inside the mall. he he singit ko naman yung passion ko. Paano ba namin kausapin ang management ng Robinson about this bike clinic.?
By the way, I salute Robinsons for being “all out ” in their services and doing everything like the saturday sunday free aerobics, cinema 3 plus 1 free, free transportation and of course, free Aircon (he he he) for GOOD of the inhabitants of this city. Mura at kumpletong groceries na lang ay talagang wala nang hahanapin pa sa inyo.

good strategy. but i strongly agree, that KCC’s cinema should also be competitive in terms of its cleanliness and sanitation. The ambiance of the place takes a big role to movie goers.
