suprinsingly…..ang taas ng bill namin. ..mga GENERALS: we succesfully made sosocteco change/lessen the brownout…now is the time we should boycott or do something sa taas ng singil nila. we should put an end…tulong tulong tayo. Calling mr willi ramos…yong nag organize ng rally sa harapan ng socoteco. i guess may epeckto din pala if people will air their sentiments sa kinauukolan.

. . at mag enjoy ang mga board members. . . . mag enjoy lahat ng empleyado . .

the problem in gensan is the officials…
in leadership, they are reactive not proactive….
power shortage had been an issue long enough that our mayor should have found solutions…
sadly they are busy doing other things than what they can do for the people of gensan, worse, **** now in congress….
people should be wise voter next time….
there are far better personalities than those in position today…

@saint, you are barking at the wrong tree. It’s the Department of Energy’s call to answer the power needs of the populace. LGU’s are as helpless as the next Tom, Dick and Harry when it comes to these things. The whole Soccsksargen experienced the power outages and not just GenSan. Thanks for commenting though.
