Father’s Day treats at Ranchero, Pablo’s and Paseo del Sol

During this Father’s Day weekend (June 18 – 20, 2010) sister establishments Ranchero Grill, Pablo’s Steaks and Crabs and Paseo del Sol will be serving up treats for their customers.

Starting yesterday, June 18th and up to Father’s Day itself, tomorrow, June 20th, the following treats will be in store for everyone:

  • 10% Discount on Ranchero’s famous baby-back ribs!
  • 10% Discount on Pablo’s selection of Certified U.S. Angus Steaks!

And to top it all, all Daddies who will dine at either Ranchero or Pablo’s or Paseo del Sol on Father’s Day will receive FREE Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes!

And while they’re at it, why not try Ranchero‘s latest menu offerings which could charm you as much as it did delight Bariles when he tried they out.  Well, they wouldn’t be the HAPAG-KAINAN NG BAYAN for nothing.

The Patoten pictured above is so tender after being cooked for quite sometime that the flavorful meat easily melted in Bariles’ mouth.

If your dad cares for native fare, then the Lechon Kawali above served with Paku Tips and Itlog Maalat and poured over with Ranchero’s special bagoong-based sauce is a must!

The Sunglaos, owner of Ranchero and Pablo’s hail from Pampanga (the culinary capital of the Philippines) and therefore, an order of their new DINUGUANG PATA NG BABOY should be part of your Father’s Day feast.  It’s a well-received fact that our KABALENS cook the best dinuguan!

"FISH LOVERS SHOULD TRY RANCHERO'S SAUCY POMPANO ESCABECHE"

Ranchero GenSan is the first dining establishment to introduce the fish, Pompano usually prepared steamed and cooked in oyster sauce.  For a change, why not try their creamy POMPANO ESCABECHE as pictured above.  This is one of Bariles’ personal favorites.

And of course, for dessert, if the Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes are not enough, then try their new TIBOK-TIBOK, a Pampango pudding-like delicacy cooked with carabao’s milk and garnished with crispy coconut latik.
