“The E.O. aims to address the use of loose firearms in the city and does not prejudice against civilians who possess firearms, which have proper licenses”
Thumbs up for this.

Tommy Pangcoga Says:
They practice impunity and play with the law behind the backs of their superior or commanding officers, or when they are not around. One broken left rib, two broken right ribs, damage to the spine (column and cord), damage to the lungs, tapos i-interrogate pa?

Although these crimes are just part of the city’s growing up problem but this reason should never be served as an excuse. We can make a difference by doing something substantial and effective.
I commend you actions regarding the City’s International Airport. Mabuhay po kayo! Let us protect the interest of the city and of the Generals as a whole. Thank you and more power!

to tommy pangcoga: yes ganyan ang sistema sa pulis. . . di sila magkilos if walang utos ang prescint commander. Dahil sa kaskaserong driver na wari ba’y kanila ang kalsada, wala silang paki if me mabangga sila. . Same time naman, me dadaang bumbero me sunog pa sa lagao That time,
imagine mo ha. .
. . SINUSUKA NG MGA TAGA LAGAO, KASI WALANG MAASAHAN SA ORAS NA KAILANGAN SILA.
KAYA PLEASE MAYOR DARLENE PAKI KALAMPAG MO NGA ANG POLICE CHIEF NA SI KHU.

STOP PASSING E.O.’s that already exists in our national laws on whatever. DUPLICATIONS JUST WASTE TIME AND RESOURCES.
Instead attack the problem at its roots, Why do people get killed easily nowadays? Why there are people or takers who do it as if life is so cheap? It’s not an easy problem to solve anyway (hehehe), there are other important factors that contributes to its complications like Gensan is not an island and other people from other places have also access to our place.
Maybe you can make use of your AIM Kagawads to help you. Some of them even declared they can do anything (kaya gawin kahit ano, kaya lahat committees, AIM kagawad may hawak).
Using firearm is just one of many ways of killing a person. If you declare no firearm zone, you should include everybody (license or unlicense). All forms of guns are deadly weapons, we are all human and subject to emotions, NO EXCEPTIONS. THE LAW APPLIES TO ALL, OR NONE AT ALL!
My common sense dictates me to tell you, why not pass E.O.’s or Ordinances that will help decrease unemployement for a start.
Disciplining habal2x driver by giving more ways to KOTONGERS to extort money from them (Acharon’s) is not a good way to start.

invite more businessmen to invest in our city to generate employment instead of declaring no firearm zone.
