Here are the guidelines:

1. Customer will surrender the movie cash coupon at Robinsons Movieworld General Santos in exchange for a regular movie ticket but upgradable to 3D cinema tickets provided that the customer shall pay the price difference.
2. The movie cash coupon is valued at P80.00 each. The customer shall shoulder the price difference from the ticket admission price and the cost of the coupon if necessary.
3. The movie cash coupon is valid for any movie of choice.
4. The movie cash coupon may be exchanged for movie tickets until January 31, 2011 only.

Bariles has been very busy the past few days with the GenSan Tuna Festival 2010 celebrations and in attending to his visitors from Davao City and juggling it with his duties in the highest office of the city that he forgot to notice one thing!

Sometime over the weekend, or earlier this week, this blog of his has already registered more than 1,000,000 visitors!!!!

Since Bariles started using the Bravenet Free Counter pictured above in November 28, 2007 (almost 3 years ago), GenSan News Online Mag which he put up to highlight developmental news on GenSan in particular and Soccsksargen in general, has received a total of over a million pageviews already.  A pageview is tracked every time there is a hit to the page or somebody accessed the blog.

Spot.ph, a famous entertainment website just recently released another of its regular TOP 10 Lists and this time, it is the Top 10 Prettiest Pinay Politicians.

But  guess what?  General Santos City’s very own new mayor, the Honorable Darlene Magnolia Antonino-Custodio made it as number 4 in Spot’s array of beauties.

Mayor Custodio’s inclusion in Spot’s list was explained in these words:

As the current mayor of General Santos City, this petite cutie–who had also served as the congresswoman of South Cotabato’s first district–charms her public with her feisty ways and her glorious tan. She’s 36 but she always looks like a little girl. We wonder what kind of anti-aging cream she uses. She’s one politician who looks great even without makeup.

The hardwording chief executive of GenSan who came in as #4  joins the list which includes political personalities from all over the country.  Here is the complete line up:

If there was a Ms. Universe-Philippines tilt for politicians, then surely she will be on the top of the winners’ roll.

With the forthcoming World Light Middleweight Championship fight of Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito on November 13, 2010, HBO has started running promotional video teasers to drumbeat interest this early.

One of these Pacquiao-Margario Fight Video promos has just been released recently – FACE OFF: the Pacquiao-Margarito Fight Video Teaser which is a precursor of the 24/7 HBO Specials.

This Pacquiao-Margarito Fight Video Promo features both boxerss together with HBO host Max Kellerman, Manny Pacquaio’s trainer, Freddie Roach seated around a round table.   It starts with Max Kellerman asking Margarito about his suspension from boxing and ends with Freddie Roach making his fearless forecast of the outcome of the fight to Margarito’s face.

Last May 2010, Bariles blogged about his savoury experience at ZheZtah Chicken and Burgers, a tiny restaurant located near the city government center of GenSan.  Owned by the Zuzon Family, it has since been a favorite of not only the office workers in the area but also of students from nearby schools.

With the uber succesful Tuna Festival past behind us, allow us to feature ZheZtah Chicken and Burgers once again.  This time we are encouraging our dear readers to join their soon-to-be concluded 3rd Anniversary Photo Contest via Facebook.

Contest rules:

1. You must be an avid fan of ZheZtah, meaning, you are a fan on their FB page. You must “Like” the Zheztah fanpage using your own facebook account.

2. Photo must be about your favorite food in their menu, and must be Taken/shot only at ZheZtah, with their official I love Zheztah banner. An example of a photo is posted on the page. The photo must include yourself, the food, and the i love ZheZtah logo. You can copy the logo at their facebook page, or copy it from here.

3. The photo must be clear, regardless of what camera you used (cellphone camera, digital camera, SLR camera) and must capture that moment enjoying your meal at ZheZtah. Photoshopped entries will not be accepted.

4. In celebration of the National Tourism Week, the local government of General Santos City through its City Economic Management and Cooperative Development Office headed by Mr. Egai Cadiente is spearheading the 2010 Regional Tourism Summit for the next three days, from today, September 28 up to the 30th.

According to the Magandang GenSan Official Site, the Regional Tourism Summit 2010 is an “exploratory forum and plenary presentation of  ecotourism development potentials around Region 12. Expected output includes the Integrated Regional Tourism Development Plan. Session topics include issues on IRR on Tourism Act of 2009, basic protocol seminar, local tourism brands and others.”

The RTS 2010 which is the brainchild of GenSan City Mayor Darlene Antonino-Custodio,  is the highlight of the set of events prepared for the National Tourism Week celebration in the Tuna Capital.  Last night, the Search for this year’s Ms. Tourism Pageant Finals was conducted at the Oval Plaza Covered Court.  Here is their poster containing the jampacked schedule…
