   Almost 8 months have already passed since this post (January 20, 2011)… Sinu – sino na kaya mga magiging tenants ng SM City General Santos???? Can’t wait to see the lists soon… I’m really hoping to see tenants and brands that are not still in GENSAN…

   .. And my friend working in the construction confirmed that SM will have its 7 – storey car park tower…. My question: SAAN???

   it is still impossible to have ayala mall in general santos.. hangat hindi pa controlado ng ayala ang shares nya sa GAISANO MALL gensan.. its still impossible.. at kum mag kakaroon man ng ayala gensan thats going to be METRO GAISANO or METRO AYALA gensan.. and in regards to SM, as i heard something, about the teaser of STARBUCKS, there’y planning to open one slot to showcase their coffee and at the same time KRISPY CREAM is also planning to have a small lease inside the SM CITY GEN. SANTOS.. all of these are tentative pa.. no confirmation from the corporate office.. but i hope this will happen.. record breaking ito, for the GENSAN will be the first to host the KRISPY CREAM establishment in MINDANAO..

   Really? Reliable ba ang mga sources mo regarding Starbucks and Krispy Kreme? Well, all I can say to these international brands is that, If they wanna be on top and lead, theyd gotta be here in GenSan.

   Regarding Ayala Centre GenSan, anu yan? Floriendo partnership nanaman ba like what they did in Davao? Sana 100% Ayala owned na lang, huwag yung in consortium.
   Like Cagayan de Oro, Centrio Ayala Mall is 100% owned by the Ayalas.

   @54. Almost I have talked SM workers, its confirmed that theirs a 7 storey car park building ongoing construction in a span of 3 years completion.

   @55. I loved Krisy Kreme, it will surely be a hit here in Gensan once it pushtrue rather than the Starbucks when it comes to sustainability of business. But if the two are going to come in, then they are most welcome here.

   Syempre papatok talaga ang Starbucks noh! Starbucks pa? Generals are coffee addicts. They love to enjoy cozy ambiance and to hang out with friends. Evidence is the ever growing number of coffee shops in town.

   Kaya kapag di pa nag level up ang mga local coffee shops dito sa GenSan naku, good luck na lang. hehehe

   @56. Based on the report i have read in the national broadsheet before, Centrio-Ayala Mall is still a joint venture of the Ayala’s & the Floreindo’s just like Abreeza. So its their 2nd Multi Billion business in Mindanao. Hopefully, it will be third in GenSan soon! Hehe.

    WOW! tlaga? papasok ang Krispy kreme donut dito? my fave donuts in the entire world hehehe, krispy kreme in SMNorth Edsa is my hangout/tambayan i spend most of the day sa coffee shop nila free wifi kasi sila tas sobra pang bilis ng konek nila , sarap din ng coffee nila walang sinbi yang blugre at coffee dream dito hahaha

    nga pala speaking of coffee shop, may naririnig ba kayo na papasok ang The Coffee Bean and Tea leaf dito sa atin? my fave coffee shop over starbucks, sana magbranchout sila dito kung ang starbucks eh may balak sana sila din mas superior ang taste ng coffee nila over starbucks kaso pang super upper upper ang market nila baka di maabot ng majority ng mga generals hahaha…

    IMO the reason why some of these big establishment dont want to invest in Zambo because the peace and order situation is so scary, …aber ikaw gusto mo bang matigok o makidnap while doin your shopping don? at napapaligiran ka ng mga muslims front back, kaliwat kanan , na kakatakot the faces itzu pa lang alam mong di gagawa ng mabuti…kaya hanggang majestiic na lang talaga mga mall nila don so very backwards with this age and modernity, sobrang naiwanan na sila. Sayang ang city considering the historical value nya sa Phil history.. eto natabunan ng kidnapping, massacre every day, halos araw araw don may nakikidnap o napapatay….now sinong sirang ulo ang maginvest doon? nway so sad for them…

    Overrated ang Krispy Kreme oi. Kung tam-is ang Dunkin, mas tam-is ang Mister Donut. Mas tam-is pa jud ang krispy kreme. Walay lami. DD pa rin.

    @eld & erl, in all fairness to dunkin donuts and mister donut lami man pud gyud ilahang pagkaon. its undeniable. but since I have tried Krispy kreme, lahi ra gyud ang Krispy Kreme sa katanan…mura syag heaven nga gamelt sa imong tounge inig kaon nimo sa donuts. effortless jud ang ecstacy. Busa, Krispy Kreme it is for GenSan! Oh, unta naay Go Donuts na lang pud please. Im excited for SM City General Santos! Weeee!

    matanong ko lng magkano ang space for rent nila jan SM mall ng Gensan? cannot find kc sa pag search lng sa net, next year pa kc ako plan uwi i just want to know how much para may idea na ako.

      @Mary Jean, better visit their office personally and look for the Leasing Manager, Ms. Cherry Ocampo. You will not find their rates online definitely. Good luck.
