NOKIA Care Center at the KCC Mall of GenSan, which is the first and only Nokia Service Center in South Central Mindanao, is in urgent need of a qualified CELLPHONE TECHNICIAN to beef up their work force in General Santos City!

Here are the responsibilities of the job of a Cellphone Technician:

1. Perform hands-on assembly, set-up, test, trouble shoot & repair technical problems of customer’s cellphone
2. Work closely with technical supervisor/engineer to resolve repair technical issues for customer’s cellphone
3. Perform tier – 1 to tier – 2 product, issue analysis & repair
4. Maintain one’s own performance metrics to meet agreed targets
5. Perform other duties as may be required by the Center Head

The following are the Requirements for the job applicants from GenSan:

1. Candidate must possess at least Vocational diploma/short course Certificate/Bachelor’s/College degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
2. At least 1 year working experience in th related field is required for this position
3. Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk support or equivalent
