Biggest Pacquiao Commercial Complex under construction now

Each time Bariles traverses through Aparente Avenue on his way downtown, he never fails to notice an ongoing construction at the corner of Block Zero at Dadiangas Heights Subdivision.  Although the area is covered by a high wall, one could manage to still see the buildings being built inside.

Just yesterday, while passing through the same route again, he noticed a billboard at the property wall with an artists’ rendition of the project once it’s finished.

He stopped his car, got out and read what’s on the billboard!

Gosh!  It’s another Jinkee and Manny Pacquiao multi-use building project!  But this time, it’s bigger!

The mixed-use development project of the Pacquiao couple consists of a COMMERCIAL BUILDING facing Aparente Street, a separate building at the back for OFFICE SPACES and adjacent to it is an APARTMENT BUILDING.  This is now Manny Pacquiao’s biggest property development project so far in GenSan.  The lot used to be occupied by the GSCIT and belonged to the Morales family way back.

For Jinkee and Manny Pacquiao’s latest investment in General Santos City, they have gotten the services of the team of Civil Engineer Ferdinand TrasmilArchitect Constancio Pongase and Project Supervisor Jose Angelito Rodriguez.  This team was also involved in the construction of the Pacquiao Gymnasium at Barangay Tambler where just recently Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao celebrated her fabulous 62nd Birthday Party.

Take note that other than this building project, Jinkee and Manny Pacquiao own two more – the much maligned JMP 1 Building along Osmena Street in downtown GenSan where their first BluGre Coffee Shop franchise is located and a few meters down Aparente Avenue, the JMP 2 Building.  Both were designed by Architect Rex Acdal.

Up next for Jinkee and Manny Pacquiao?  Hopefully, their proposed hotel along the Lagao-Bula Road at the former lot occupied by Conlu EcoPark across the SAFI Arcade where Little Dubai is.

We have to hand it over to the couple for putting much of their money in property development in General Santos City.  Aside from helping put GenSan on the map, Manny’s investment projects in the city are likewise very commendable.

    1. bariles says:

@Toinks, how I wish! If there is a 7-11 here, ibig sabihin nun, 24/7 na talaga ang economic activity sa isang lugar. Yan ang basehan kasi ng 7-11. 🙂

Another great invesment from Manny & Jinkee. I have seen the place and its pretty good, it will be another major business districts once it opened along Aparente Street. I’m pretty sure most of you will be happy the Pacquiao’s would invest more of this projects since this is an income generating type.

Franchising of a tested food business nowadays is also a good investment for booming Gensan.

Wow!! great development from gensan..courtesy of Pacman…pro sana unahin ng gov’t ng gensan ang airport natin..medyo hindi na maganda tingnan di pa comfortable sa mga passenger….mas maganda pa tingnan ang airport ng bacolod….AYOSIN ANG AIRPORT!

  12. mer says:

mao..sa way pabor pabor bati jud atong airport..unta pa ninduton..

  13. fahdingding says:

    Bati mo lang!

  14. Toinks says:

  15. Toinks says:

Id like to quote a certain Canadian passenger who gave her remarks to our airport during an interview with TVP Socsksargen dated Jun 7. She said the airport has a very poor service and that its not even worth comparing to any airports there is in Canada. If she is going to rate GES from 0-10, her score would be 4 (walang second thoughts na sinabi)…Nakakahiya for GenSan and SOCSKSARGEN!!!

  16. mer says:

ngano puro tagalog mga comment dri? kami rang fahdingding bisaya.. OP naman us..hehe

  17. Toinks says:

LOLs

  18. Greg says:

I think the canadian passenger is too kind to rate 4/10…hahaha…2/10 for me.
By the way its not to late to improve our gensan airport…hope our gov’t will had an action for this.

  19. Toinks says:

Personally I would have to say that 120million is really not enough for GES to have aerobridges.

We hope to see substantial action by the government regarding this serious matter. Magandang GenSan!
