Kaskas, Sigaw ng Musika sa GenSan All-Star Band Concert @ Robinsons
Here is one event that should not be missed by people who dig live bands!
On the night July 15, 2011, fifteen young homegrown bands will be performing in succession in the 4th annual incarnation of “KASKAS: Sigaw ng Musika sa GenSan”!
This is a project of Centerpoint Band in its quest to help discover and develop General Santos City‘s raw musical talents… and yes, there are hundreds out there.
For this year, Centerpoint Band (who composed the beautiful TunaFest 2010’s theme song) has gathered the following bands to wow the crowds at Robinsons Place on Friday, namely Jank, Input, One Eight Zero, OS2, Pilgrimage, Hiatus, and Kaio. They will be joined by Kristina Louis, Eskrma, Guio, Like, Shepherd’s Voice, Link, Black Dice and Kamoteng Bakal.
15 bands!!!! Can you top that?
Other than that , this concert which will be held at the Parking Lot at the front of the main entrance of Robinsons Place GenSan is also FREE to everyone and will commence exactly at 6pm.
So if I were you, I’d be there early and my tables and seats for the whole barkada for you to personally bask in the display of talent in what is so far one of the largest gathering of the best of GenSan’s up and coming local bands!
