General Santos City is indeed the HOME OF CHAMPIONS!!

Yesterday, August 8, 2011, no less than President Noynoy Aquino awarded to the GenSan City Police office through PNP City Director PSSupt. Cedrick Train the distinction as the “BEST CITY POLICE OFFICE” nationwide!

The awarding was conducted during the 110th Philippine National Police Anniversary celebration at Camp Crame Headquarters.  The GenSan Police Office lorded it over its closest competitors, constant winner Davao City Police Office and the Isabela Police Office in this year’s race.

Earlier, the GenSan Police Office was also given the following awards in the Regional Level:  Best City Police Office Desk, Best Human Rights Desk, Best City Public Safety Company and the City Police Community Relations Award!

GenSan being awarded as having the Best Police Office in the country is testament to the success of the measures being undertaken by City Director PSSupt. Atty. Train Train and City Mayor Darlene Antonino-Custodio to ensure peace and order in the city and stop the spread of lawlessness.  Their team is definitely the best the city has produced so far!

Congratulations and thank you to them, our city leaders and to the men and women of the GenSan Police Office!  You made us PROUDER even more this time as generals!!

May this award inspire our city police to strive harder for a really peaceful, orderly and Magandang GenSan!

Mabuhay kayo at ang GenSan PNP Office!

Mabuhay ang GenSan!
