PlantersBank SME Speaker Series with Anthony Pangilinan

GenSan News Online Mag recently received through email an invitation from the General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.‘s Executive Director Bench Tacumba to the latest SME Speaker Series event.

The SME Speaker Series is a project of PlantersBank and supported by the GSC Chamber, that features talks from well-known personages in the field of business, finance and related fields. These speakers share their valuable input and insights to invitees, mainly entrepreneurs and businessmen.

For their September 28, 2011 schedule spearheaded by the local Plantersbank branch under their hardworking head, Ms. Tess Pacheco, no less than Mr. Anthony Pangilinan will be talking on the topic: Good to Great! A Passion for Excellence.

For those who are so into showbiz, Mr. Anthony Pangilinan is the husband of actress Maricel Laxa and is the brother of Senator Francis Pangilinan, wife of actress-singer Sharon Cuneta.

From the invite above, it says more about Mr. Pangilinan. He is actually “a management trainer, motivational speaker, and productivity consultant.”

“In various capacities, he leads a myriad of organizations. He is the Chief Distributor of Businessworks, Inc. and the President of The Parenting Company. He is also the Chief Trainer of Inspire Leadership Consultancy, the Official Licensee of all John Maxwell and Zig Ziglar Corporate Programs in the Philippines. He is the Chairman of the Master’s Lighthouse Foundation and the Chief Navigator of Blue Ocean Strategy- Philippines. Anthony is also the Executive Director of the PLDT-SMART Foundation.“

From the looks of it, businessmen and other invited guests will be having a valuable time listening to and learning from the talk of Mr. Anthony Pangilinan. The activity will start at 1:30pm until 5:00pm at the Babes Bar of East Asia Royale Hotel.
