Sabado May Banda sa Tropicana

Dolores Tropicana Resort’s SABADO Nights are back!

Effective this Saturday, September 17, 2011 and next Saturday plus all the Saturdays of October, November and December, the city’s premier beach resort hotel which hosts the yearly Bikini Hunks and Babes Competition, are once again running their “Sabado May Banda sa Tropicana” event!

 

This all-nighter (8:00pm to 2:00am) will be held at the Dolores Tropicana Resort Activity Plaza and will feature different local bands which are expected to play party tunes, rock ditties and love songs meant to delight the resort’s night revelers.

Note:  Dolores Tropicana Resort also owns Olaniban Island of the municipality of Balut Island, Davao del Sur; Dolores Hotel in downtown GenSan, Dolores Farm Resort in Polomolok and Dolores Lake Resort in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.

Bariles is a Filipino word for “Tuna”, the primary source of income of the people of General Santos City which hosts 6 of the Philippines’ 8 tuna canneries and more than 80% of its tuna processing plants.

The city boasts of the only “Tuna Festival” in the world celebrated every September 5 in commemoration of its charterhood anniversary.

Bariles is also the alias of this blog's author who would like nothing than to write about his beloved city by the bay and share it with his kababayans from all over.

Aside from being a blogger, Bariles is a Google Map Maker enthusiast, the Convenor of the annual Blogfest Soccskargen, the organizer of the SEX Tour for Bloggers and the co-founder & self-proclaimed mother hen of the Soccsksargen Bloggers. His daytime job? Media Affairs Officer of the highest office of the city.
