    Kuya Avel. Ok na rin. Honestly I expected something more than that. Pero siguro di pa talaga totally tapos. Let’s just see this June. I’m also excited sa back portion ng mall. :)

    Unta wala nay hugno nga matabu. Hehe.

    Yey. . I can almost smell the new shops and places to go in SM.

    WOW, indeed just a couple of months(?) waiting ang SM is about to open. Yeah Mr. Bariles, like you I’m also very excited to shop & window shop as well,hehe. What I particularly like is SM City certified flagship stores such as: Department Store, Applicance Center, Watson’s and Toy Kingdom because of their superb latest products, varied choices & of course big sale discounts offered from time to time. On the other note, I just wondered if the vacant space facing Villa Funeral Parlor is still part of SM parking lot? But it seems they have’nt yet cleared that area till now. And the carpark at the side is only 4th level, maybe the remaining 3rd floors will be constructed in the next 3 years to complete the 7th level carpark? My predictions is SM City General Santos will open late week of May or early week of June, 2012 or ahead of scheduled target ,as you mentioned also before in this blog. Finishing touches is doing good, 24/7. Thats it, we’re all excited I BET!

    @white knight.

    First of all, I’m not an employee of SM but what I know is….

    The area fronting the villa is not part of the SM mall already. I was told that the constructor rented the area for construction purposes only.

    As observe, the first two levels of the parking area are done in high ceiling, maybe they intend to use it for future development since the propose bowling activity center will be place there. That in time, they will expand the parking area na.

    Your prediction is good as mine. but the administration haven’t fix the exact date since 1 mall is yet to open in Cebu in the second quarter of this year.

    When i first enter the mall late last year, mapapa WoW ka and mapapa Proud ka na may SM mall na dito sa GenSan.

    Coz sa SM, we (they) got it all for you (us)…. hahaha
