Richard Poon serenades GenSan this weekend

ASAP Sessionistas crooner Richard Poon will be in town again over the weekend to serenade the Generals!

As part of his The Crooner Philippine Tour 2012, Richard will be performing for one night at the Le Jardin Arnevel on June 2, 2012!

This concert is Richard Poon’s 3nd solo outing at the Tuna Capital since his first one sometime in 2008 at the Paseo del Sol (read it here) and the latest at KCC Events and Convention Center in January 2011 (read it here).

Richard has continued to be a concert top draw all throughout this time and his show this weekend will prove that he is here for the long haul.

The big band balladeer will be joined in by Fil-Am artists  Emmanuelle Vera, an 18-year old Star Magic talent; and, “Standing Ovation Queen” Stephanie Reese, who has performed in the German production of Miss Saigon, among other musical theater shows.

All these and you only need to cough up P750 inclusive of cocktails before the show  which is quite a bargain, if I may say so!

The city boasts of the only “Tuna Festival” in the world celebrated every September 5 in commemoration of its charterhood anniversary.

Bariles is also the alias of this blog's author who would like nothing than to write about his beloved city by the bay and share it with his kababayans from all over.

Aside from being a blogger, Bariles is a Google Map Maker enthusiast, the Convenor of the annual Blogfest Soccskargen, the organizer of the SEX Tour for Bloggers and the co-founder & self-proclaimed mother hen of the Soccsksargen Bloggers. His daytime job? Media Affairs Officer of the highest office of the city.
