Wanted: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the store such as Personnel Management, Stocks & Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Funzone and other administrative function
- Oversee the excellent implementation of local store marketing, delivery and community relations programs
- Oversee the effective cascade of implementing guidelines and promo mechanics of all restaurant employees.
- Monitor store adherence on company policies and standards
- Ensure achievement of target sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related courses
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in restaurant operations, 3 years of which must be in similar capacity
- Must have pleasing personality and with good interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in English and Tagalog
- Must have strong background in Store P&L, Budget Preparation, Local Store Marketing, and Program Management.
