VIDEO: Kulas visits the Gensan Fishport

Last week, we blogged about Kulas aka Kyle Jennermann, who was in General Santos City, Polomolok and Glan, Sarangani in his pursuit to “Becoming Filipino“. The Canadian has partaken a few local cuisine including the famed tuna, cooked ala kinilaw and seemed to enjoy everything that touched his palates.  He also mingled with the “generals” who were quite fascinated with him and thus, managed to make instant friends with a good number of them.

For his trip to the General Santos City Fishport, he produced a video out of his adventures there with the fisherfolks.

Kulas, Gensan Fishport

KULAS AKA KYLE JENNERMANN WITH GENSAN FISHPORT WORKERS ALL SMILING FOR THE CAMERA. PHOTO FROM KULAS’ FACEBOOK PAGE.

Allow us to share his funny take on working as a fish handler and his memorable moments with the fishermen and fishport workers of General Santos City captured in the seven-minute video.  There’s really nothing like a foreigner admiring the industriousness, positivism and hospitality of us Generals and Filipinos as a whole and telling the rest of the world about it.

Do watch this video of Kulas at the Gensan Fishport and tell us what you think.

Angayan bang mahimung Pinoy si Kulas?
