of course i’m real, and that’s why i’m hurrying u up! never mind checking it out purposely 4 me. not good 2b on a special attention. i wanna know f u’l do it w/o prejudice to others. u better hurry up friend because the rate of construction of new units is getting much higher, after around 2yrs from ur 1st part, around 50% has sprouted, and they’re much more sophisticated.hehe! i’m not that serious, take ur time, i’l just check ur posts from time 2 time, very eager to see ours along with the rest.

i’m disappointed not having to get a view of ur part II with our unit in it. we’v even made an immediate renovation on our’s, b4 Nov 2012, in anticipation for it 2b included in ur promised 2nd part. r u still going to hv it done?

hala mag jujune na di pa tapos ang Veranza hahaha, kun sabagay wag madaliin kasi wala rin naman bibili jan yeah dudumugin yan ng mga people just to enjoy the aircon hahaha, yun bagang uupo upo lang sa mga benches tas di naman bibili hahaha look nyo na lang ang SM daming nakaupo sa gitna di naman namimili tingin tingin lang sa mga dumadaan kaka buwisit kung dumaan eh tinitingnan ka nila nilipat lang nila mga tambay na dati sa kanto kanto ngayon sa mall na sila nagtatambay…..oo nga naman malamig pa malinis pa samantala sa pinangalingan nila madumi mabaho at masikip …hahahaha…

kaya kcc wag madaliin yan dahil ang namimili sa inyo sa groceries yaong mga sari sari store sa bokid bokid somewhere up there ..these people cant afford yellow cab or coffebeans for that matter hahaha…

I still wanna know what long term solutions both parties offer for the city’s power crisis. While Mayor Darlene admits it’s better to have a band-aid solution than just finding and pointing out her weaknesses, just asking for power surpluses from Luzon and Visayas won’t solve the problem in the long run. What if they don’t have surpluses? And still sobrang mahal ang bayad ng taong bayan ng koryente. I propose that our LGU should go visit Thailand (or Malaysia) so they will see the success story how they produce biogas from their wastes. I can arrange their trip to Thailand’s leading biogas and ethanol producer, who’s willing to share to us his expertise.
