Mismo pagkuha pa lang sa license wala mo nag seminar . how come, masabtan ninyo ang balaod! GOBYERNO SA GENSAN NAKI RIDE ON RA PUD SA ISYU! BE FAIR!

I’m Chix from DAVAO CITY and im here in gensan for so long going back and forth to Davao-Gensan. Im just concerned Regarding with the recent issue of the 2 TRAFFIC ENFORCERS from LTO. I actually seen the real scenario. The 2 traffic Law Enforcers didnt do any abuse to the said complainant JOMAR JOSE if i was not mistaken with his name.Im evenly bothered with this issue coz i was there and i saw the real scenario.THE TWO TRAFFIC ENFORCERS DIDNT POINTED A GUN OR EVEN ABUSE THE SAID COMPLAINANT.The 2 traffic enforcers were trying to talk to the said complainant in a calm way to stop continuing driving considering they warned him already.the said tricycle driver still continue driving and was out of his control while driving and so he was down on the street 3 TIMES and thats why he got those physical injuries. As far i my eyes and conscience are concerned, they didnt abuse the said tricycle driver.I JUST WANNA BE FAIR ON THIS ISSUE EVEN IF IM NOT FROM HERE COZ THIS IS AN ALARMING ISSUE AGAINST L.T.O. If TRICYCLE DRIVERS will follow the rules and pay the right fees, it will never come up to this kind of situation.DO NOT BLAME ANY L.T.O EMPLOYEES OF GENSAN JUST BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATION FEES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO’S RESPONSIBLE ON IMPLEMENTING SUCH THING.They are just doing there job! TRICYCLE DRIVERS didnt even undergo a seminar thats why they dont have any licensed or if they have,it is expired. So, how come they will say that they are not violators considering they dont know what is “LAW”!!!! DAMN GOVERNMENT OF GENSAN! They dont have equal treatment regarding this matter!

  8. Johan Says:

So kita ninyo. . ng 2 mata natin. . .

    1. KARAMIHAN NG MGA CITY TRAFFIC ENFORCERS , KAYA NILANG IPITAN NG 50 SA LISENSYA. . HEHEHE

    2. YUNG MGA WALANG HELMET. . . PAGPILIIN SILA KUNG ANO ANG GUSTO .. ..KUHA LISENSYA O 500.

KUNG SAANG OFFICE NAKADESTINO ANG CITY TRAFFIC ENFORCER,

    ASK KO LANG :

    1. WALA BA KAYO MATA AT TENGA?

    2. WALA BA KAYO ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN KUNG SAAN DAPAT MADESTINO ANG MGA TRAFFICE ENFORCERS /

    3. DUN SA HARAP PALENGKE TAPAT SUN TRADING 3 ENFORCER.

    4. DUN SA CAGAMPANG STREET PAPUNTANG WEST SIDE 5 SILA LAHAT. .

    9. DUN SA TAPAT NG FOREST LAKE, 2 – 4 SILA

TEKA ILAN MGA BA LAHAT NG MGA TRAFFIC ENFORCERS DITO GENSAN,

MGA BALASUBAS KASI MGA TRAFFICE ENFORCERS. . .
PAGDATING NG 5 PM WALA NA SILA . . . UWI NA DALA MGA BAG NG GULAY ISDA BABOY

YAN ANG MGALING NA GENSAN TRAFFICE ENFORCERS. . SWABE KUNG MANGOTONG. . .

I just wanted to drop this note as a concern citizen,to know that some of our Policeman in this City like in PP5 base in betwen Barangay Calumpang & Tambler are not doing their JOB as a Friendly Police Station.Onetime i was there in the said Police Station to see to it the arrested person whom he is but i was been upset, hurts because the uniform PO1policeman with out name plate pointing his right arm finger shouted me with anger and said Gawas!!!!GAWAS!!!!kon di ka mugawas karon i sulod taka sa lack-up cell.As far as i know i never made any wrong that time i just only went there to see the arrested person not seing of what they have done to the person arrested even i saw several policemen doing unlawful act againts the suspect. Please seminar and always orrient your new police officers and it might be coz into a bad image of the whole Unit and the civilian citizen will no longer report crimes to the police and they will give their reports to the CCP-NPA.Thank you and more power.
