Mismo pagkuha pa lang sa license wala mo nag seminar . how come, masabtan ninyo ang balaod! GOBYERNO SA GENSAN NAKI RIDE ON RA PUD SA ISYU! BE FAIR!

I’m Chix from DAVAO CITY and im here in gensan for so long going back and forth to Davao-Gensan. Im just concerned Regarding with the recent issue of the 2 TRAFFIC ENFORCERS from LTO. I actually seen the real scenario. The 2 traffic Law Enforcers didnt do any abuse to the said complainant JOMAR JOSE if i was not mistaken with his name.Im evenly bothered with this issue coz i was there and i saw the real scenario.THE TWO TRAFFIC ENFORCERS DIDNT POINTED A GUN OR EVEN ABUSE THE SAID COMPLAINANT.The 2 traffic enforcers were trying to talk to the said complainant in a calm way to stop continuing driving considering they warned him already.the said tricycle driver still continue driving and was out of his control while driving and so he was down on the street 3 TIMES and thats why he got those physical injuries. As far i my eyes and conscience are concerned, they didnt abuse the said tricycle driver.I JUST WANNA BE FAIR ON THIS ISSUE EVEN IF IM NOT FROM HERE COZ THIS IS AN ALARMING ISSUE AGAINST L.T.O. If TRICYCLE DRIVERS will follow the rules and pay the right fees, it will never come up to this kind of situation.DO NOT BLAME ANY L.T.O EMPLOYEES OF GENSAN JUST BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATION FEES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO’S RESPONSIBLE ON IMPLEMENTING SUCH THING.They are just doing there job! TRICYCLE DRIVERS didnt even undergo a seminar thats why they dont have any licensed or if they have,it is expired. So, how come they will say that they are not violators considering they dont know what is “LAW”!!!! DAMN GOVERNMENT OF GENSAN! They dont have equal treatment regarding this matter!
